Jingle in Driver side front wheel well

    I have noticed a jingle type noise in my driver's side front wheel well when the wheel is cut hard to the right. I checked for where it could be scraping, removed the rubber flap which was hanging a bit. Still there. Any body have the same thing or have any idea what it could be? (It doesn't appear to be scraping anywhere so it is probably something else but what)
