This is a feeler to see what 5 luggers would be down for a moab trip. basic specs would be something along the lines of

lift, 30+ tires winch and what not.

So I'm going to be the new guy that asks, where and what is MOAB?

Gone over the Top for a 5-lug..
    I'm assuming this.

I have to wonder if any of the PreRunner's are doing this, and if so, just how modified they have to be to see some level of success... they are the closest analog to our 5 lugs, with much better stock suspension/suspension travel/axle setups, obviously. If they can do the milder trails, then i would assume that the 5lugs would need to be modded pretty close to that general spec, in order to be able to do it without becoming 'traction' on the trail for a passing 4x4..

    My unedumucated opinion, only.

see its gaining options i think it could be loads of fun and I'm sure if a taco moab trip was planned than a bunch of the 4x4 guys would be down to join and we set up camp somewhere they go do their stuff we do ours with a 4x4 supervision haha

Yeah I don't know if I would go all the way to Utah for this. I would have to talk my girlfriend into it and that means using one of my weeks vacation, and finding something near by or on the way that she wants to do....... but then again I never know with her she might be down with it. Also I would have to do everything I want to do to my truck, but if it's not till 2017 I shoud be done before then.

I was the sole 5 lug at Moab this year. Don't take 5 lugs out there, it's not worth the trip. I just went because I happened to be living close to there for the summer. Sure they can handle some trails but why go all the way to Moab when you can't experience everything it has to offer? I ended up riding shotgun on any trail runs we went on. I tried Strike Ravine and had to hike halfway out back to BFE to find someone with a winch and high lift.
