Hey all, i will be changing out my front struts, rear leaf springs and shocks this weekend.
I have an 05 double cab prerunner 2wd and i need to know if i have to separate the uca from the spindle to get the strut out? Also, the leafs and strut springs are marked with white and yellow... does that indicate left or right? if so, can you tell me which is which. everything else seems straight forward enough for me to handle. i picked up 2013 take offs from a local guy with a few thousand miles on them, should be better than the units with 112,000 miles on there now. Thanks! see pic

    Reserected from the dead.
You bought assemblies. There may be a difference in sides. Once you remove the assemblies from the front, match them to your new ones. The three bolts on the top need to be orientated the same as the old.
