    Either would be a 2016.

I'm seeking input on both. Anyone own either of these in the current model cycle? Anything I should be aware of on either product? Pros & cons?

    A little more info....

On 6/30/15 I placed a non-binding deposit for a dealer preference on a 2015 Camry XLE w/Tech Package. After some time, I was informed by the dealer that no allocations would be available for so equipped 2015s & we'd need to go with a 2016. Additionally, it would be about 3 months before Toyota would allow a dealer allocation preference on the 2016. This news also came with the loss of the $1,000 rebate & 0% finance.

Here we are at 08/18/16 and I'm no closer to adding the car.

Revised Honda Accords are hitting the lots this month and Honda Sense will be standard on the Touring trim level and optional on all other trim levels.

I'm keeping the 4Runner and I'm not in urgent need of the new wheels so, I'm willing to take the time to get what I want.

Toyotas "Tech Package" (on the Camry at least) & Hondas "Honda Sense" are similar packages providing adaptive cruise, autonomous emergency braking & blind spot detection. The big difference in the packages are in the lane keeping assist vs. lane departure warning. The Camry alerts the driver of a lane departure (alert only) and the Accord alerts AND autonomously corrects using EPS. I find the Accords package more appealing.
