New to the forum advice is needed!

Hey everybody! I'm new to this forum deal and have never really used anything like this (i'm 17, which is ironic)
But I have some questions and hope y'all could give me some advice:
I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma v6 4x4 sr5 with the TRD package not supercharged with the Deckplate MOD on 31x10.5 inch tires, the truck has 190,000 miles, I am the third owner and have regularly maintained it, (it is my first vehicle) and I was wondering what modifications I could do or what would be some good routes for me to do I'll post some pictures soon of the truck
