So this horn/radio issue is frustrating. I have 2014 DCSB with the standard touch screen radio, no navigation. When I lay on the horn, my radio turns off and then the goofy lady comes on and asks me who I'm trying to call. So as it end up, I'm in traffic and pissed enough to lay on the horn and as I'm trying to pay attention to the idiot in front of me, the chick is rambling on asking me questions about making phone calls... Is this normal? Any fix?

The Lady... When you push the 'hands free' on the steering wheel, a lady comes on and asks you who you want to call...

Take it in. Sounds like a short or cross somewhere. Maybe the spiral cable.

Is it repeatable? Sure you didn't smash the horn and accidentally hit the call button?

I'll try it again on the way home tonight to see if it repeats. So far, it's happened 3-4 times...

You could try not LAYING on the horn. Most of us can hear a few short toots?

Confirmed again. The horn cuts out the radio. Now, I'll need to see if there is a way to undo that feature...

SPP, Driving in Atlanta requires a good horn with more than a 'Beep Beep'...
