Okay, so the lenses on my headlights are now cracked in several places and need to be replaced. My first thought was to just order them from my local dealer, but they want $306 plus tax each. And I've never been that impressed with the low beam intensity to begin with.

So . . . I've been trying to do some research on brands here, as well as elsewhere on the web. I found a brand called AnzoUSA at Autozone and according to my research they are plug and play, but I haven't found many reviews. Before I spend my $$$ I thought I would ask you guys a few questions.

First, does anyone have any feedback/experience about AnzoUSA HLs?

Second, if Anzos are junk, what aftermarket HLs should I be looking at?

Third, should I just bite the bullet and order a set from my dealer?

Note: My main interest here is bang-for-my-buck. I'm willing to pay for a headlight that outperforms an OEM HL, OR an aftermarket HL that costs significantly less than an OEM but performs as well.

Item: I'm heading up to UT for a fishing trip next month where I need to cross a couple water hazards that I know will partially submerge my HLs which is a big reason I need to replace them, which is why I'm not interested in getting the cheapest HLs out there. I need a quality constructed light.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

I've looked into buying new headlights before. I've read good things about Depo brand and they are very inexpensive. If I were you I'd drop the ~$120 on a pair of Depos then another $20 on some 3m window weld or another sealant and run it along the seal just to be safe. Anzos would probably be fine too. Can't imagine you'd have a problem after doing that...at least as far as leaks are concerned.
