I'm closing in on 200,000 miles and I have never needed to change O2 sensors. The truck is running great, no codes, fuel economy is about where it's always been. Do yall think it's worth the cost of the parts and the risk of breaking off a sensor or stripping threads to swap them anyway?
BTW, I burn almost no oil so there shouldn't be any poisoning issues on the sensors or the cat.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I'd change them; then you'll have spares.
