Lol. My stepdad was teasing me last night about the snorkel. He said the exact thing about putting another one on the driver side.

Dual snorkels. Have one for your intake and run the other for your exhaust

I have nowhere to park but under trees at my place so I guess I should check my cabin filter. It's about a year old :anonymous:

I used to dig them out of the gap behind the front fender when the door was open when it was newer but haven't done that in awhile. They are nicely nestled around my windshield wipers though.

What about leaves getting trapped on the mesh? You'll have to remove the cowl to clean the leaves off.

This would be a good place to put a second snorkel.

I can get rare earth magnets that have female threads on the back, so attaching the mesh will be easy. Taking the windshield wipers off to remove the cowl every time you want to clean the mesh off would get old real quick.

I could have a female thread coupler in the center of the mesh. Then provide a T-handle with a male thread on it. Stick the handle through the louvers on the cowl, thread it in, and then pull the mesh up and shake it off.

That will still leave the leaves under the cowl though.

Reason why you don't want a new leaf pack or new shocks/coils for that matter?
