Sometimes those rebuilt alternators are crap out the box.

Should be easy enough to diagnose. Get a multimeter, check voltage from output, check diodes.

After 3 alternators finally got one that is good. Just went with a stock one. I have a new problem now. When you turn on headlights or roll up windows the truck dies. New alternator, batter is good, new 80 amp alternator fuse and the 7.5amp is good

    Any ideas?????

Would think a short from the window or headlight circuits. Thats weird. Maybe issue with charging circuit.
