I'm going to Hawaii in a couple of months. I want to put 33" tires with 20x10 rims. How far would that stick out of the truck without fender flares? I'm pretty sure their law is to have the tire fully covered, but I'm not so sure.

You lost me at 20" rims on a 4x4 truck?
