I took the leap and ordered an ARB bumper for my '04 after waiting forever to finally pull the trigger. Well, holy smokes it was an amazing transaction... I ordered it from 1800 car parts on Amazon. And not only was shipping Free, I wasn't charged tax (which in FL we are now charged tax on amazon purchases), I expected delivery to be economy style and take several weeks... I ordered the bumper Sunday morning. It arrived at my doorstep Tuesday afternoon. Essentially 2 day shipping for free! I typically don't like online shopping but after this experience I had to tell everyone especially if you are looking to get the ARB bumper!

Glad to see positive feedback on that supplier. I've looked at that bumper more times than I can count. It's still on the longterm wishlist...

I only see it sold by "car and truck parts"

1800carparts has them go in and out of stock relatively often. just keep checking. I paid 866.40, which is their list price ... I must have gotten the last of this batch.

Just an FYI, if you loosen the six bolts holding the bumper to the horns just a tad, you can adjust the position of the bumper and close those side gaps. Then tighten the bolts back down.

If you adjust your bumper up a bit more be cautious you dont get too close to anything especially the very fronts of the fenders/fender flare area. Looks like your flares are fitted pretty good though and don't hang down. That bumper flexing along with the vehicle flexing can make contact with each other and the noise will piss you right off! Not saying don't adjust just don't slam it up in there and expect no toutching while driving.

That's why I thought the huge gap was there and was just going to weatherstrip it. Thanks for looking out though

Mine might be a little closer than yours....but it moves often as I am always taking the damn thing off.....transmission cooler install.....new headlights....new grill.....as long as it doesnt vibrate and make noise its good. I don't have a winch so not sure how much it moves while being winched... If that is a word lol

You and me both! Just had to replace my horns and tweak my headlights a little, what a pain! Especially when you have to do it by yourself!

Yeah, mine is as high as it'll go and I've got about a finger width one one side and a little less than finger width on the other.
