08 Tacoma 4WD 6cyl

Not long ago, I installed a wiring harness for my utility trailer. Everything was working fine until recently I noticed my tail lights were not working (brake lights work as well as signals). I checked the fuses and changed them, but still not working.

Do I need a bigger fuse or could a bulb be out that would render both tail lights inoperable?
