2014 Toyota Tacoma 4x2

I have a 2014 5 lug tacoma, I wanted to install 31" tires like I had on my 1990 SR5 4x4 but tires rubbed a bit on the sway bar.
If i install leveling kit on the front and back am i automatically cleared for 31" tires or will the sway bat still hit?

Level kit recomendations/ideas would be great as I want to beef up the look on my truck.
