Two trucks o make one have a question?

I have two trucks one runs but the front driver side is smashed. The other doesn't run but the body, frame, and interior is in excellent condition. Now I want to take the engine out of the smashed one and put it in the other. Smashed one is automatic trans and the other is not. Will the engine from the smashed one that is auto bolt right up to the other that is not?

 

Might help to tell them what type of truck each is.. motor size, etc.

 

They are both 97 Tacoma with the 3rz 2.7 engine the only thing different between the two trucks is color and one is auto the other is manual. Thanks for the reply

 

Install flywheel on auto engine.

Idk about these but on some makes the crank might not be drilled to accept pilot bearing.
