I have a 2.7L '99 Toyota Tacoma with a coil engine. How do I adjust the timing? I've only been able to find information on engines with distributors. I don't know how to adjust the timing for a coil engine.

You can't adjust the timing on the non-distributor 3RZ . Its completely controlled by the computer.
However, you can use a scangauge or ultraguage to display it in real time.
