    Been there done that.. campus police was a joke though, my truck was like a month old when someone brushed up beside it and kept going.. I got their tag number and everything (to park on campus you have to register your car including tag number) and they still told me there was no way they could catch who did it.. I ended up just buffing it out and didn't worry about it but...

    It's a little more than a buffer could do, sadly. My truck is registered with them. I was in the truck when it happened and I blocked them in. The police took our insurance and phone numbers down.
