Sounds good guys, we had just a few minutes in the shop today to play with the new SS135MODR snorkels. Here is a quick shots of the SS135MOD and SS135MODR snorkel

SS135MOD and the new SS135MODR on the right

The dimensions, parts kit, etc are all 100% identical. The plastic does have a slightly different look, less sheen really which I actually prefer. It is still made of a the "highest standards in durable, UV stable, cross linked polyethylene material. In addition, the substantial material wall thickness delivers huge physical strength to ensure that the snorkel breezes through the toughest off-road conditions on the planet."

    I'll have prices updated tomorrow!

I work for the government so I know all about "good enough" and I prefer the look of the skinnier snorkel. Definitly interested to see where this goes.

I'm in for a group buy. Actually I like the look of the modr better with the matte black plastic.

Alright gents, here is what we can do. We'll open the group buy for 1 week, you simple call, place a standard order, ask for "Tacoma World" special and the SS135MODR will be $310 + shipping. Shipping is $35-65 in the lower 48, $70-80 to Canada/AK. How does that sounds. If you're interested we'll prep the stock and figure out a week to make it happen.

Down. Is there a gb price for the SS135MOD? Can shipping be grouped, say 2 or 3 orders to the same address for shipping discount?

No on SS135MOD, there are only a couple left in stock... after that it is all the R (Recreation) Spec model. Safari has officially discontinued the older model in favor of the R-spec.

Grouped shipping, you bet. I think 3 is the max we can do size-wise and still have UPS pick it up.

@cruiseroutfit Is UPS the only way you ship or would you be able to do USPS?

UPS for US bound, USPS for international so long as USPS allows that size of box for particular destination. Canada will, some destinations will not.

It would be to an APO address, so it should allow it as long as it's less than 70 lbs which I'm pretty sure it is.
