They're fine at night. Obviously not as blindingly Amber as beforehand, but they glow just fine

The same shit everyone else has.
They make a huge difference. Having tinted windows and the Supertop on the truck made it almost impossible to see backing up at night.

Basically. But for 9$ a piece shipped, I was willing to give them a try. No sense dropping 300$ on a set of Rigid LED pods because Im sure these thing are going to get hammered with rocks/road debris coming off the rear tires. If one gets broken, Ill be able to replace it for roughly 10$ and not be pissed off.

Plus, Im just lighting up the rear corner of the bumper/rear tire to make seeing easier while backing up at night, Im not lighting up all of Moab.

    Cheers

image.jpg Only picture I had was on snapchat... Lol sorry. Dumped the exhaust right at the muffler. Running a borla cat back. Probably going to grab a cheap turndown tip tomorrow morning. Has a deeper tone up to about 2.5k rpm but then again i have the air raid intake. Oh yeah for the mpg update so far on the air raid. Ive gotten 17.7 and 17.9 mpg the past tanks. Not a significant change imo

Not laughing at the brand choice for the money, I just remembered mikevee and his fuckery and the AVEC lighting thread being a huge snowball into "these are shit lights."

$9 a piece is crazy cheap. Maybe if yours run okay I'll hack some holes in my rear bumper and flush mount a pair.. :spy:

Got a link to your lights?

Got in the mail today a set of Bilstein B110 5100s and got them right on the truck. Definitely realized after install how blown out the old 5100s were. This was a maintence while I'm at it upgrade mod. Everything about the B110 is beefier than the the regular 5100s, should do well with the added weight and travel when necessary. While in the wheel well I sray painted everything to fight the rust war.

Did you had to use any special tools to compress the piston?

Prior to, be sure to take the cap off of your brake reservoir and then using a pair of channel locks apply slow steady pressure evenly. Change one pad and then do the same to the other side. Easy! No other tools necessary. Just a couple pins to remove.
