And carry a spare fuse cause there's a good chance you'll blow one. PS they're under the top cover in case you didn't know. Not saying you wouldn't, just saying I know a guy who blew a fuse and didn't find the spares as he thought they'd be in some blank spots......

Yep, so I installed everything on Saturday & Sunday , without the resistors. Have been driving every day and my drive to work is 42 miles one way. Still no hyper flash :) am very happy . And the light that was on the drivers side that I had an issue with seemed to fixed itself. Run them all the time

I'd like to elaborate on this post....with questions. I know everyone says "they searched their question, but couldn't find it" but I really have searched the past two nites and can't find an explanation.
Just finished installing some Amber/white switchbacks up front with the supplied 50w metal resistors. The resistors are wired in parallel with GROUND wire and SIGNAL/BLINKER wire. Not constant power wire.

    In parking light mode:
    Parking brake on, WHITE light.
    Parking brake off, AMBER

    Headlight mode:
Parking brake on OR off: AMBER

    DRL mode:
If drl is selected BEFORE key is turned over, AMBER
    drl selected AFTER vehicle running....nothing

My question is this, why, when drl or running light selected is there no white?
Why when I release e brake does it go from white to Amber? Yes, resistors ONLY get hot when Amber is lit.

All of the mods I researched dealt with being able to select drl on or off. Am I misinterpreting that mod for what I actually want?(white signal/drl light all the time, except for turn signal flashing amber)

Too early in the week to be this upset and confused. It's literally affecting my sleep. Please help with my comprehension issues. Thanks in advance.

Without the CK bulbs you'll be popping fuses left and right with the wrong set up.
