Rough country 05-15 bumper mounts?

Has anyone ever hear of these or used them? Saw them on Amazon for $60 which is cheaper than the rigid mounts. Any reviews? Its for a 30" lightbar in the bumper

I used them for the RC 30" lower bumper install on my 2015 base DCLB. The mounting holes on the bumper mounts were a shade too small to fit over the threaded posts they are intended to fit over(Which I has read about somewhere else). I had to enlarge the holes to 1/2".
I have no idea how thr rigid mounts fit.
