15 4x4 double/crew cab manual v6 base with convience and tow. Would this most likely be pre wired and just need the relay, switch, housings and lights? Anyone happen to know where to look and confirm if so?

First month of ownership... This month I'm removing front air dam, and also Rhino lining the bed.
Easy to tell. Just pop off the switch cover blank on the dash and see if there is a plug back there hanging loose from about a 4wire harness. I know the 2009 was prewired so I'd guess your 2015 would be also.

Thanks! From pictures I assume it is the one on the far left? Also would it require wiring from the fog lights to the relay box or should that be pre wired also?

You can also look under the bumper and see if there are wires for the fogs tied up in there. Also most were prewired till 2009 then it was a bit of a crap shoot. If not prewired, the oem style sets on ebay are a good fit and look factory. They also come with everything you need.

So, 3 ways to tell, now that I'm thinking about it. The other 2 are:

There should also be wiring up around the back side of the front bumper might be taped up? So instead you could lay under your truck and look for that. Also, in the fuse box should be a place for the fuse (probably the fuse is missing would be my guess so look for a fuse spot with a missing fuse and then look at the fuse location key on the fusebox lid to see if you have a spot for the lights.

Installed Cooper At/3's (265/70R16) and ProComp 7089 Rims. Tinted front windows. Did the Fog Light Anytime mod. Did the tailgate mod. Added running boards. Adding sound Deadening from RAAMaudio. Replacing stock speakers with Polk Audio DB6501's.
Open the small box next to the main engine fuse box. The fog relay is in the area close to the fender.

X2, the eBay sets are around $100 and seem almost identical to the OEM install, except you'll have to run a wire through your firewall (but there is a hole there you can squeeze it through)

You should be, I have the same truck and I was. Bought stock fogs from a member on here, then went to the dealer and got bent over for the relay and switch. Actually it wasn't too bad, the guy behind the counter was awesome and hooked me with both for ~$75. He felt bad they were so overpriced and gave me a discount.

20150827_183306.jpg Thanks guys! Hard to find when my 4yo is telling me not to hurt tow mater while looking under the bumper, but I assume this is the end of the loom? Drivers side zip tied bundle behind bumper.

Yes, that's it. You are prewired for fog lights, or whatever 30 watt lights you want.
