    Loosen hood if left to right adjustment......

    Adjust bumpers for up and down?

    the left side of the hood is a little Hight and the fender needs to be moved in.

    Loosen push, tighten, shim, repete. It may take a bit but be patient and you will get your desired results. Move stops as suggested above also.
