I have a couple of the antenna area that I sent to live so I can post them, not sure why they aren't showing up in live though. But from looking at the pictures I do think it will work with a shark fin antenna.

In this one you can see the space between the cross bars above the antenna. You can adjust the mounting of the platform to the side rails to center that space over the shark fin if it's tall enough to hit the rack.

In this one you can kinda see how much room I have above my non-sharkfin antenna. If someone can measure how tall their shark fin is, I can confirm if it would hit the rack.

Do you lose any Satellite signal from the roof rack being over the antenna? I have an XM/Sirius antenna I had installed in that same location.

I don't have satellite so I wouldn't know. But if you do have issues, but have enough slack in the wire you could always mount it on the fill plates between the last 2 cross bars. Those aftermarket satellite radio antennas are just magnetic right?

 1 vote for the rear bumper.

I will snap a few photos of the entry guards when I am at the manufacturing facility later today or tomorrow morning and post them up for you.

Yes they are magnetic, it's a Pioneer XM/Sirius unit. I just don't remember how much cable slack there is. I'll know when I encounter it :)

The only installed photos I will be able to get are the Black Aluminum Diamond Plate version. I hope that's okay!
