I posted this on another thread before I noticed the newbie thread. I'm a recovering jeep guy. I'm thinking of trying Toyota for the first time. I'd like your opinion. I definitely want a manual transmission and I need the four door interior space other than that I'm pretty much open. Would you go with short bed or long? Wait for the 2016 or stay with the current model. I think that I've found a pretty good 2014 model, but if the next gen is going to be much better maybe I should wait. Leaning towards not waiting (aftermarket parts, $, etc.). I'd like to be able to modify it to run trails, etc. Thoughts? Words of wisdom now that I'm switching side?! Thanks!

I'm in ND as well. Not a lot of Toyota's up here. Mostly jacked up diesels lol.
