OME 3 inch lift all the way around, 285 75 16s, fog light any time, HID, Rock sliders, 30 inch bumbper LED, LED pod ditch lights
Probably already stated... but you'll have more clearance with a 3 inch with big tires then a drop bracket... Like the 2nd post said, ask before you buy... Always do your research 1st, then look at the product, then more research, and then some more. And then even after you get the product you usually find a better route at a less expensive cost

Rough Country 6 inch lift is the worst designed lift I have seen. I would not run one if it was free. If you are set on a 6 inch lift get a BDS.

Yup, my BDS is pretty solid and well designed imo. There is area's I think they could have payed more attention to. After seeing pro comp, fabtech, and RC drop brackets my BDS is 100 times better looking and it works well and meant to be used

    What's a good 6" for about 1000. Anybody know?

    Yes sir
You'll need to spend more if you want a quality 6" lift kit. Are you just doing it for looks, rock crawling, mudding, ripping dirt roads going 70MPH??

Well I mean for your budget you aren't going to get the greatest quality. I'm more familiar with 3" lifts, but I suppose check out procomp or toytec, definitely stay away from rough country. It's one thing to not be crawling rocks with your lift, but shit will still break around town if it's crappy quality.

Well go for a rough country 6" lift if you want. But there's a reason why it's cheap and why it's referred to as junk country.

Hmmm I wonder if OP is keeping his "junk country" or if he'd be interested in selling it

So much attitude. You asked "What's a good 6" for about 1000. Anybody know?", and I responded by basically telling you that you can't get a good 6" lift for that price. Go ahead and buy the RC lift, not sure why you asked for opinions if your mind is clearly made up.

The OP is also doing mudding and wheeling, so I really hope he didn't keep that lift...

I've saved my money to mod lol. I distribute my funds where they need to go before I put any aside for mods!

Lmao so was I. The Rough Country 6 inch lift sucks man, wish I didn't get it. Blocks ruin everything, especially the leaf springs.
