Rear Window Rattle

I had some idiot break in to my truck by smashing out the back window. Ever since the shop replaced the window and repainted the door, the window rattles like hell if the window is down at all. It sounds like the glass is going to break if I shut the door with the window down. Is there some kind of foam or weather stripping they didn't put back in? What should I check?

How long ago was the replacement? Not too long I hope why didn't you take it back as soon as it rattled. Take it back to the shop that replaced the window and demand they do it properly. It sounds like it is not mounted in properly or they left out the window guide(s).
