What is leaking

Hi, I am a new Tacoma owner and new to the forum. I have a 05 Tacoma double cab, v6 with 168K miles. I noticed a leak while looking under the engine with a flashlight. I cant see the leak from the top. Its on the passenger side towards the front of the engine. Its not leaking on the garage floor just looks like a seep at this point. I know the picture is hard to see but the arrow shows where I think the leak is coming from. Any ideas of what it could be? Should I be concerned? Thanks guys.

 

Leaking what? Oil? Coolant? other?

Type of fluid factors into the concern level.

 

Oh sorry, its oil.

 

Timing Cover Leak. Well known issue with the V6.
