From the condition of my flashlight box, I suspect it was the one in your photo. All went well. I ended up painting the screw heads black to match and also put a wrap of electrical tape around the flashlight where it contacts the bracket to eliminate rattles. Nice product!

It won't rattle if you snap the light all the way into the mount. I can tell by your picture that your light isn't snapped all the way in on the rear side. Take that tape off, and snap it in. Perfection will ensue.

These are all gone, and won't be coming back, but stay tuned for the next generation of flashlight mounts.

Great improvements are on the way....

    Sneak preview:

As you can probably tell, this mount totally captures the light. It can be mounted any way you want: vertically, horizontally, upside down, whatever.

This time, the light is made by Nitecore. It has a built in charger. It is just as bright as the 1st gen light, but less than half the size.

I'm in for this setup! What's the built in charger look like? If you can have it plugged in always from 12v it would be great!
