Owned a 98 Tacoma in High School. had a 3 inch tough country lift on it with 31inch cooper discover sst tires on it. She was a beast. 4cyl stick shift. Sold it when I left for college.

5 years later im back in the Tacoma game. picked up a 2004 4cyl stick shift with 150k miles. 3 inch lift on it. I plan on putting some 265/75/15 on her. The frame was coated 5-6 years back due to rust but there are some spots that the rust has returned on the frame so Im going to take it into the dealership and see what they can do. I've read on the site of people having luck getting frame replacements. Ill update in the rusty frame thread once I hear back.
