    A shorter throw perhaps and the way the springs are set in the shifter. It makes 2nd to 3rd throws easier.

    I installed my URD S/S and that was easy and has more things to do than the TRD one. I recently ordered a Coupe modded TRD shifter that I should be getting this week.

    I had the URD on the X, such a must. That's why I ordered one already for the new truck :). Honestly the short shifter is one of the best bang for your buck mods there is.

    No, it is just the plate and extender that clamps on the end of your original shifter. Works very well, but having done that one I wanted to try a TRD this time.
