    sometimes I order 2 pizzas from Papa Johns or Dominos because they have a special and I'm like "sweet that's 4 meals"...but then it only lasts for 2 :(

    I stopped buying them a long time ago. Then after I stopped my cut a few weeks ago, I saw it and thought, that looks delicious, I can buy one. Forgot it until last night.

    At the rack at least 3x This week. It may be embarrassing but whatever. Lol



    Educate me with this: I see people at the squat rack using some sort of chair to stop them from going past 90 degrees. are they focusing on power or wha?

    A lot of people lose power at 90*. That forces them to stop the movement and drive the bar up from a 90* relaxed state.

    It also forces them to control the bar on the way down.

    Pretty much training your form. You can also as just the safety racks and use that, but a chair works better.

    I also like to call them butterfly box squats. And tell people it's as if your trying to sit on a butterfly without crushing it.

    Call it stupid but puts a good picture/idea in people's head :p

    Yep - good point. I see people put the weight on their back and then just plop down like they are taking a load off and kicking back on their couch and then trying to just stand up with the weight on. The point of this is to just lightly touch the box/chair/bench/whatever you are using with your butt and then explode up

    before doing a bad squat use the machine...try it slow. extend 7s hold 1s retract 7s - 12 reps 3 sets -go deep (you'll feel it burn).

    Super small business but LEMS makes shoes that are completely "barefoot" feeling and I haven't found anything else I can lift in since. I've tried NB Minimus, Nike Free, etc and they're all significantly uncomfortable in comparison to my LEMS Primal 2 shoes (to me).
