Like the title says, I sold mt 1st gen (2002 Double cab v6 4x4) yesterday for $10,000 and bought a 2nd gen (2005 double cab v6 4x4) for $10,000 that I've had my eye on for the last week. My 02 had 156,000 miles and the 05 has 124,000. The 05 has a hole in the frame by the catalytic converter and I called Toyota and confirmed it fell under the recall and I will be taking it in soon. I kept the FJ off road rims with brand new general grabbers from my 02 and will be putting them on as soon as it gets back from the dealer. 20150517_123308_resized1a.jpg 20150820_171011a.jpg

I miss my Gen 1. Higher quality and better design than my Gen 2. Oh well, that's globalization for ya.:sadviolin:

I agree. My 1st gen rode more like a truck. This Gen 2 is nice but it's like a Honda Pilot.

Not too bad, upgrade by three years with less mileage for the same $$$!
