I admit I took a chance here. I saw these brackets being advertised on Facebook, on the Tacomaworld page. They were a decent price of $65 and from what I did see, would fit the bill.

    Boy was I wrong.

I am waiting to hear back from them to see what they have to say. First off, I noticed that both brackets were shaped the same. I had always seen brackets that had to be a mirror image, one for the left, and one for the right. Second, neither bracket appeared to be evenly bent right, or even straight. It is hard to tell in the pictures, but wow they just looked like a terrible job.

Then came trying to mount them. As you can see in one of the pictures, the bracket itself makes contact with the cooling fins of the bar before it can be tightened down, and on the side with the electrical connection, it won't clear the electrical cable by almost a 1/4 inch.

I finally got them installed square with the bar using a couple of washers as spacers. Then when I checked to see how it would look on the truck, I saw the left side appeared to fix somewhat decently, but WOW look at the pictures of the right side! Not even CLOSE to having ANY chance of fitting.

For those who have Facebook, this is their page. At this point I am going to see about getting a refund on them. Does anyone know a member on here (which is what I SHOULD have done in the first place!) That can make a bracket for a 1st gen Tacoma, to hold a 50" long lightbar?

Hey man I bought the same ones. The guy is terrible to deal with.
His product are the worst. I took him 1 month to ship my brackets. And he sent the wrong ones. He lied so many times about them being shipped already.
    No one buy these!

Hind sight is 20/20 for sure here. I have received NO replies from him to my emails and he has blocked me on Facebook.

Sure. I'll take the number. Mine won't be fixed by a little bend. As you can see from the photos it is totally screwed!
