So, I put in a new battery and now my truck does not want to stay running. Low idle at stops and quits. Do I need to reset anything?

The ecu needs to relearn after it looses voltage. It shouldn't be stalling though.

My Jeep did the same thing, it just took a couple minutes of just keeping my foot on the gas to hold it around 1000+ RPM and then the ecu figured it out and was fine. Different vehicle, but likely same scenario. The Jeep would stall initially as well.

Take it out and drive it for a few miles. The ECU was reset when you had the battery out.
