Hey madjik I was just reading through your post again, if figure you've already completed your project but I was gunna say instead of cutting any of those wires I'd just buy and utilize those posi-tap connectors. Super easy and very unintrusive on your harness. Could be a can of worms cutting on that harness too.

Also that third W-B wire you mentioned is the dedicated ground, the W-G is the dirty ground. I don't really understand it but that's what it is.

Haven't gotten around to it yet.

But those posi-tap connectors look interesting.

It's very tight behind that connector/harness. The posi-taps are probably the easiest solution.

I know you're working on back orders, but I am now ready to order one. Finally got back from Korea.

Not in a rush for one, just want a quality product. Just let me know when a good time would be to send my order in!

    Thanks SkyGear

    Just a follow up FYI

@Squeaky Penguin, aka Viking Brett, and I tapped into that unknown plug. G-R for positive, G-W for negative to the switchback harness @skygear made.

    Lights up and dims now.

Any idea how long it takes for a reply from SkyGear? I've sent a couple of E-mails for a project that I Need to complete using the panel that he builds. Also wondering how long the wait for parts normally is? Looks like quality work from what I'm seeing. Thanks in advance for responses.

    @FarrDG
Well someone stated about 3 post above you that he is just shipping out products that were ordered in January. If you are looking to have your project done soon, I would have to say, this might not work for you.

He did have some health issues so he is trying to catch up. He is not taking any new orders until the end of September but I have already told him I will order when it opens up again.

I am having difficulty understanding how this box works. The first picture on the OP shows breakers for:
    ARB compressor
    LED bar roof
    LED bar bumper
    CB
    Dualies
    ARB Locker Rear
    ARB Locker Front
    Rock lights
    In cab winch
    Ejector seat

How do only 5 relays run that many accessories? Shouldn't there be a relay for each accessory unless you are running them together?

some things don't require a relay, only a fused circuit, asuming your switch can handle the load. Things like CB's and smaller LED lights don't draw much current, like 2-5 amps.
So you use the 5 relays (with its associated fuse) for heavy current draw stuff like winches, etc. and have 5 fuses to use for light draw accessories.

    So basically:
    ARB compressor (Relay?)
    LED bar roof (Relay?)
    LED bar bumper (Relay?)
    CB (Fuse?)
    Dualies (Relay?)
    ARB Locker Rear (Fuse?)
    ARB Locker Front (Fuse?)
    Rock lights (Fuse?)

Could be, gotta look at the max current draw of the accessory and make sure it doesn't exceed the rating for your switch.
I have some LED lights that draw only about 4.8 amps, but the switch I am using is only rated for 3 amps, so I had to run it through a relay to be safe.

Besides the dualies, unless they shipped with a relay, not necessary. The rest are spot on depending on size of bar.

I ran alot of stuff, albiet not safely, just through my switches for the first year or so of my modding adventures lol. I will say that my switch panel on the left got pretty hot when I had all my lights on for an extended period of time. I'm actually pretty lucky I didn't have an electrical fire or something...I was running a couple smaller light bars and a radio and a few little things all of of switches.

@skygear following up on my box. The last email I got from you on 8/5, stated it will be shipped within the next few days. Still have yet to see it. Is there a tracking number available?

    Thanks.
