    Sweet Bumper

Would Tube instead of Gussets be an option (like in your earlier Tacoma bumpers)?

My bad, was remembering the weld it yourself kit. I'm living in the past, obviously. I think your bumper is truly nice, like the look of it a lot.

Unfortunately no. There just isn't enough room as there is a recess to allow for the grill. I would have to compromise approach angle which I really don't want to do.

    Finally!!!
Would this have any available cutouts for fog lights? In addition to that, will this include headlight guards?

Unfortunately, I don't plan on doing random cutouts. Plain and simple is that everyone wants something different in terms of shape, location, etc. So in order to keep turn times down, I won't do custom cutouts in these. It bogs down the system, and I don't want to end up like most companies who end up with a 6 month turn time.

FWIW, these bumpers all ship raw, so you can add whatever you want to the bumper once you receive it.

Also keep in mind that with the high clearance of this bumper as well as whatever lift you are running, you're fog lights will end up being 36"+ off the ground, and they will be far less effective that you think. I would think that a LED light bar would be better served than fog lights. Or do a HID projector retrofit and you will never need them.

There is not enough room for headlight guards on the corners. Yes, it fits that tight. Not to mention is doubling the shipping cost due to the size.

As far as powder coating is concerned. I will answer this now as well.

I don't offer powder coating for bumpers that are shipped. In order to keep shipping costs down, its much cheaper and easier to ship them raw. If I powder coat them, then it would require me crating and truck freighting them. That will push the shipping cost to $250 on top of the $150 it usually costs to powder coat them. So, its cheaper for the customer to have it done locally to them anyway. And, it also gives you control over the end product, finish, color, etc. And, I don't have to be the middle man in the process.

I have a local company who can powder coat. However, its up to you to deal with them directly. Front Range Powder coat is a few blocks away from me. I can drop your bumper off for free, but you will have to pick it up from them and deal with them directly.

Here's a quick shot from my phone with the entire thing back together. I will have to take a trip here soon to get some real quality shots. :)
