1995 tacoma wont start

1995 Toyota Tacoma 4x4

Hi there. Ive got a 1995 tacoma with 2.7, 5 speed 4wd. It has always ran great til the other day. Started fine in the morning. After work it would just turn over. Took out the fuel pump and with 12 volts it works fine. Fuel filter is not clogged. Things ive done so far.......checked battery, new fuel relay, replaced the circuit open relay, changed the ecm, new maf sensor, and a new crank position sensor. Took off fuel line and no gas is flowing. Also, I cant get a code reader to connect to my truck. There was no CIL before it quit running. Please help!
