I may keep the non broken extractor and bolt as a trophy. Possibly the only time one of those things worked without breaking.

 

Yeah I had one work once and that's it...

 

About the same here, more broken ones than working ones by a long shot.

 

Hey is anyone here in the Key west area? Looking to possibly go out on your boat with a few buddies (1-2) to fish for tarpon snook snapper and anything else we can depending on the size of the boat! Don't know the exact dates of my time there but we can discuss that at a later datezzz itll be late October- early November

Looking for a 2001 Driver side Spindle (Knuckle), Trucks in Bunnell FL. I work in the Jacksonville area.
I've tried multiple junkyards. Parts a little to pricey to buy new, took part to machine shop to get pressed and still looking for a used one before I go that route.
Was able to work two of the 4 broken bolts out from the previous owner. The last two will have to be done by a machine shop.
Really looking for a wrecked Tacoma. Any insight would be helpful

Do you or anyone remember what length u bolts you needed? I'm thinking of ordering some that are 8.5". But wheelers has them shorter or longer than that.

 

I don't know how long they were, they were for 2" blocks that came with the 3" kit I originally had.
They're not the original length now either cause I cut them. I want to say I cut like 3/4" - 1" off.
I can measure what mine are now after being cut, that will give you an idea of what you need for expos & 1.5" blocks.

@Toyota Tech31 hey jason, not sure if this will help ya or not, these were my old Rough Country ubolts with my allpro standard leafpack and they were 9" long if I remember correctly and you can see how much was left on the ubolts, I dont think expos are much thicker

Sorry didn't see your post until I went to lunch.
OK so it looks like after cutting them they're still 9.5".
I measured from the top of the spring to the bottom of the bolt which is the same as measuring the inside of the u bolt.

 

Good to know. I ended up switching from the 8.5 to the 9.5" bolts so I should be good. Thanks again for all the help.

Ugh. Now if wheelers could ever stock their stuff. They just emailed and said it will be at least next week before all my stuff is available.

 

Dude I hear you. All pro still hasn't delivered on my springs. I'm getting pretty annoyed.
