hit my first 200+lb clean tonight, and the coffee thing is working too well...Still losing weight

there were 4 really tiny chinese freshmen doing squats in the rack inside the platform I was doing
the "biggest" one (still tiny) was trying to "teach" the other 3 how to squat, but was giving them the shittiest cues

I wanted to say something, but they didn't seem to speak very good english

the skinniest kid was squatting 65lbs, but the "big" dude kept telling him to push his knees out more and have a wider stance
so this skinny fuck had his legs almost sumo-DL width, and his knees were almost 90 degrees to his fucking body

 

I agree that I think he probably used pharmaceuticals to get that lean b/c Hollywood, but I've seen dudes get that lean naturally before. The way you described it, when I looked a picture up, I was expecting something like this:

Again, I agree that he's on something, again because Hollywood. But who's to say he didn't bulk up to like 220 and cut down to around 180? I'm not saying that's what he did, I'm just saying it can be done naturally. I was 209 in Dec and cut to 178 (albeit, I am only around 12% bf), but I could've cut to 165-170 and would have been ripped. All I'm saying is it can be done naturally, although, I'd bet money that Jake didn't do it naturally, again, b/c Hollywood.

End of Watch, Jarhead, The Day After Tomorrow, Donnie Darko, and October Sky are all great movies, IMO. I like him #nohomo #okayalittlehomo

 

He couldn't retain that much mass at that low of a bf%. He could have bulked to 220, then cut to 180, but he sure as shit wouldn't look like that at 180 natural. The look, the effect, the thinness and grainyness of the skin all give it away imo.

 

Oh, I agree that he was probably on some sort of muscle retention drug and probably a cutting agent, as well. All I'm saying is, with enough time, anyone can get to single digit bodyfat without drugs. That being said, if I had to get ready for a movie, photo shoot, etc, my ass would be covered in needle marks lol.

 

Shit even if test is illegal I'd still do it. Just a bitch tho that doesn't wanna research and find a provider of cell tech

haha. I think I'm sitting at 18% bf right now at 220. I carry the majority of it all in my lower abs/obliques. Went from 280lbs 2 years ago to this. Lowest I got was this time last year at around 210lbs.

I'd have to cut out drinking and eating whatever the fuck I want to get abs. Don't think thats happening anytime soon lol.
