Its the loudest horn short of a nathan. And forbthe price you cant beat it, it also actually sounds like a train

That is exactly how it works.

I bought my horn from a truckers junk yard for $40.

Definitely not lol I am actually considering going back and getting a second (smaller) horn to give it a cleaner/louder sound.

Even lamer answer... I haven't yet. You just can't see it in that picture. I finished the final coats and removed the "outer" plastidip (which peeled away easy), and it was getting late. So my weekend project is to get in there with... toothpick? tiny plastic tweezers? and remove the inside of the 'o' and 'a' letters. I'll let you know how it goes. But it looks great. I'm really happy with it. The Sport does not have chrome bumpers etc., so getting rid of this last bit of chrome looks cool. IMHO.

But note, in-between letters etc. was easy, it just peeled away. Like on all the YouTube videos. All that is left is what I mentioned, inside the 'o' and 'a' letters.

This is probably a really good technique. I'll see how easy my inner-o and inner-a removal goes this weekend.

You can also try using a bamboo skewer. I didn't know we were out of toothpicks and was looking around trying to find something, thankfully we had recently made kabobs and the skewers worked well for me.

Got these trim pieces all painted up. Just waiting on them to dry before throwing some clear coat on them! Very easy to do. 02cef713bb4589c09497844d942cc1b8_2735e4031c95d37832e8213b57b4770248b6ea4c.jpg

@b.prall It's a Safari Snorkel and you can get them from Kurt (@cruiseroutfit) from Cruiser Outfitters. It is made for the Hilux but can be modified to work on the tacoma.
