my truck is a 2014 with the trd supercharger. I know it has a cooling pump and all, but how often will it circulate? My truck has been sitting in the driveway for about 6 hours and I went out to get something out of the truck and the sucker was running. Surely it's not still hot....

The pump should be constantly circulating coolant when the ignition it on.

Approx every 4hrs the truck does a self diagnostic check of the evap..... The blowers intercooler pump is tied into a relay that is powered on when this diagnostics takes place..... Should only be a few seconds.

Otherwise, when the truck is on....... Then it should always be runninf

10-4. I've heard it before, but it's been shortly after I've turned it off. This one struck me as odd because it started as I was walking back into the house and lasted for a good 30 seconds. Anybody gone on vacation for a week or more and had a dead battery when you get back?

Cool. As loud as the pump is, it sounds like it draws some serious amps. Thanks for the replies everyone.
