I feel I am in need of new rims. I have the bushwacker fender flares on it and my tires just aren't cutting it. I was told maybe a 17" rather than my 16" but also a -12mm offset. Also, black is what color I am thinking. Nothing flashy but still something that looks great. Any suggestions?

I like Fuel Boost wheels. They would also look great with Bushwackers.

What size tires do you plan on running? The fuel wheels are really wide, which is poor for off-road unless you are running very large tires.

They are not all wide, at all. My son's are 16x8 w 4.5" backspacing.

These are the Fuel "Boost" 16x8 6x5.5 wheels MKW was referring to. They have a 4.5" backspace (which is same as Toyota OEM wheels).

There's a Vendor here on TW that makes the Stealth Custom Series wheels for Tacomas. They make a 16" with a 4" backspace (sticks out slightly further).

I've always found the Method NV wheels attractive myself. They come in 16" (4.5" backspace) or 17" (4.75" backspace)

If you like a factory look, the TRD Trail Team wheels are a nice option. They are 16" though but I like that diameter since tires are a bit cheaper:).

    Nice looking truck Justin!
