    Right I will never order as much as a screw from these people. Fuck them, how are you not going to see that the envelope only has 1 screw and 1 rail bolt in it and nothing else. And is way to small to put any bracket in.

    Received my order today and missing a water ratchet ring that was in my invoice from the distributor but isn't shown on the packing list from Rotopax. Tried reaching out to the distributor a few minutes ago via phone but i think I missed their open hours; will try via email.

    What haven’t I changed?
    I got all of my stuff on Friday, but was out of town until Monday. No problems with my order other than the packaging for the extensions were opened, probably to save room inside the boxes.
