i ended up keeping with this size. honestly best compromise i think between looks/gas mpg/capability/and i know they work with the 4-banger. Just ordered a set of Goodyear Fierce MTs for the winter/offroading. Was gonna do 255/85s but the tire shop screwed the whole thing up so just ordered from Discount Tire. Think in the spring throw another P-Metric ATs or something on just for summers for the stock rims.

265/70R17's have the same dimensions as 265/75R16's.

He was saying 265/75/17 which would be larger than a 265/70/17

BFG AT KO2 comes in 34x10.50R17, which would be a 265 if it was metric sized.

They're also over $300 a tire I think. But that is the ultimate for our trucks I think.

I'm thinking about looking at the 255/80/17 as well.

I wish BFG made a KO2 in a 34x10.50r16... Or a 275 for a 16" wheel. Not sure I want to make the jump to 285s. Tow my 4k lb boat too much for 285s!

How do you like the KO2's? I'm thinking about them for my next set.

I like them a lot... A lot better than the old BFG ATs. I've had them since March and they still look new. And they balanced out pretty easily. Ride is pretty good, especially for the E rating. I haven't really put them to any tests off-road, just FS roads and light trails. But they've done well.
