    Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
    Saw a tube bumper a while back that essentially replaces the lower valance of the bumper. Has a skid and the option of a winch but it maintains the factory bumper and the fog lights. Essentially a somewhat 'stealth' bumper. Not the simple winch platform but was designed as a whole bumper, supporting the stock bumper from behind.

    Anyone know who makes it? I can't remember.
