    I started walking/hiking every other day when I'm in Flagstaff . A mile to the trail from the motel plus a mile back and the trail its self a lil over 2 mi. 5 miles totalimage.jpg

    Yeah because I put it all under the category "walking" when it's actually hiking and walking so them calories are not accurate . Look at the elevation .
