Anyone got some good spots to fish? Don't matter the fish just looking for some new spots. I'll rig the poles accordingly.
Haven't had any luck at the piers.
Off the rental boats in Capitola is a big hit or miss.
San Luis has been getting a lot of stripers, but I haven't seen much off shore catches.

    Thanks in advance!

If you don't mind driving I'd check out the June lake loop on the other side of Yosemite.
    Good trout fishing.

    Thanks guys!
Might just hit up Stevens Creek Res for the weekend.

Yosemite is a little far from me, but me and the fiance are planning a backpacking excursion for sometime spring next year. I'll bookmark that spot.

I rented a boat a while back from the Capitola pier, and got a ton of mackerel and small king fish. 1 Rock cod, But never got lucky. I was hoping to get some halibut but ehhh notta. I'm gonna hit it again in the rainy season.

Nice, let us know how you do. I usually go right on the dam and just work it back and forth

Striper fishing at Manresa or Sanddollar Beaches in Aptos. ~1 hr before and after high tide, dawn/dusk is best but not necessary. 1/2-1oz Diawa Salt Pro Minnow. Fish around the rips.
