    No, unfortunately I have not. However the wife surprised me recently with her expressed desire to go, so we are beginning to plan a trip out there.

    I've been tempted to just say to heck with it and take a spontaneous trip to either there or the Palo Duro Canyons.

    That video was painful to watch.

    Is that you in the picture above? Absolutely gorgeous environment. I've read some of the trip reports on BBNP and the 4wd trails look very inviting. The remoteness of it all (same with Palo Duro) can be a bit unforgiving, but maybe that's part of the attraction.

    Regardless, I'm sure that in due time I'll travel to both regions. I have always loved that geography and area, so it doesn't take much to convince me to go.
