Is it common for both the rear and front wheel bearings to go out on a Tacoma? The rear set went out at 40,000 miles and now at 128,000 the right front bearing is noisy. The truck is a 2wd and all interstate miles.
    Thanks Steve

The fronts are known for being problematic. I replaced mine this Spring after 100,000.
Search on here for getting new front wheel bearings already pressed in. Its a simple job after that to replace on your own. There are youtube videos to guide you step by step.

Arb front bumper, warn winch, All Pro rear bumper, OME up front, OME and All Pro Standard in Back, ARB locker, 34 x 10.5 KO2's, 17" Level 8 Trackers, and fancy single piece driveshaft.
I did my fronts at 50k, but the prior owner had 35's on at one point. Bigger, heavier wheels and tires will cause early bearing failure on the fronts. I've heard very little about rear bearings failing.
